Our whole hogs are $6.50/lb (weight minus organs and feet), and each hog has a $250 scald and scrape surcharge to cover propane and labor to do a great scald job.

Deposits are non-refundable, and must be placed about two weeks prior to your event to ensure we are able to make proper preparations for you.
