RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: April 9, 2026


1.1 Due to the perishable nature of the products sold by ROWDY ROOST FARMS LLC (“Company”), all sales are final upon fulfillment, delivery, drop-off, or pickup unless otherwise expressly stated herein.

1.2 The Company does not accept returns of meat, eggs, produce, or any other perishable farm goods except in instances where the product is delivered in a spoiled, materially damaged, or incorrect condition directly attributable to Company error.

1.3 Any claim for refund, replacement, or store credit must be submitted within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery or pickup and must include sufficient supporting documentation, including photographs where applicable.

1.4 Approved claims shall be resolved solely at the discretion of the Company by one of the following remedies: (a) replacement product; (b) store credit; or (c) refund to the original payment method.

1.5 Once products have been delivered, dropped off, or made available for pickup, all responsibility for proper refrigeration, freezing, storage, and handling transfers immediately to the purchaser.

1.6 The Company shall bear no liability for spoilage, degradation, contamination, or damage resulting from delay in refrigeration, improper handling, customer negligence, or products left unattended after delivery or pickup.
