TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective Date: April 9, 2026

3.1 By accessing the Company’s website or purchasing products therefrom, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service.

3.2 All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn, substituted, or limited in quantity at any time without prior notice.

3.3 Pricing is subject to change without notice. The Company reserves the right to correct pricing or typographical errors at any time.

3.4 The Company reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for any lawful reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing inaccuracies, inventory shortages, or customer misconduct.

3.5 The purchaser acknowledges that perishable products require prompt and proper storage, refrigeration, freezing, preparation, and cooking following receipt.

3.6 Title to and responsibility for purchased goods transfers to the customer immediately upon delivery, drop-off, or pickup.

3.7 The Company disclaims all liability for losses arising from misuse, improper storage, mishandling, or preparation of purchased products.
