SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Effective Date: April 9, 2026

4.1 The Company endeavors to process and fulfill orders in a timely manner; however, all shipping and fulfillment timelines are estimates only and not guarantees.

4.2 Perishable goods may require expedited shipment, local delivery, or scheduled pickup depending on product type and destination.

4.3 The customer is solely responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information is provided at checkout.

4.4 The Company shall not be liable for delays, failed deliveries, spoilage, or losses caused by weather, shipping carrier delays, acts of God, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control.

4.5 Responsibility for all shipped or delivered products transfers immediately upon carrier confirmation of delivery, physical drop-off, or pickup by customer.
